Besides allowing a podcast to simply sit on a web site once recorded, what creative things can you do with it?
I recently learned about an amazing free online service called Orb Networks. What Orb does is allows you to upload your desktop to your own private area online. From that private area you are allowed to create public channels. You can create channels for pictures, documents, audio, and video. You can even create a channel to broadcast a "live" TV signal - provided you have a TV tuner card on your PC. What makes this even more fascinating is your ability to update your channels. You can update your channels from ANY online mobile device in the world.
So, should you be out with friends and have your mobile phone handy and what to show them your podcast, you simply play for them on your cell phone. So long as your computer is on at home, you are good-to-go.
