I maintain the website and have been producing a legal podcast called "In the Eyes of the Law" for a couple of attorneys in town. They just had their 50th show a week or so back. I learned today that Lee Bushie, one of the attorneys, drowned last night attempting to swim to shore after he and his wife left the boat they were on for a swim. They got further from the boat that they meant and decided to swim to shore. She made it. He didn't. As of now, the search for his body is still going on. Lee was a great guy and helped create an informative and entertaining radio show/podcast with his partner, John Beger. Their audience might have been small, but they were loyal. You can hear them at http://www.bbjustice.com/Blog. Please keep family and friends in your prayers.
