I just came across this cool new site and I
thought maybe you could benefit from it.
It's called Tweet My Blog and it's a very
cool Twitter plugin For Wordpress.

I added this to my Heal Yourself Magazine site and HYTR and love it! It posts all the updates I do to both my sites onto my Twitter account, the only draw back I see for me at least is on weekends I update the posts more frequently on both my sites since during the week I am doing client website updates. So now I am scheduling my posts in wordpress so they don't come out as frequently, rather they come out once a day on each site even if I do all the work on the weekends :)
It also posts on each site what I tweet about as well! So its cutting my tweet times down and just since Saturday my traffic has increased.
