Dave Jackson | | Here is something I'm doing with my podcast. I'm taking the competitive nature of the Biggest Loser, and combining it with the nurturing community of Diet Tribe (on Lifetime network) and I've come up with the Logical Weight Loss 12 Week Challenge. For 12 weeks I will educate to motivate, and provide you with the tools, worksheets, and insights into losing weight. It won't be just me as all the contestants will work together to support each other through the weight loss journey. Videos, audios, and pdf files will keep you on track as you weigh in weekly to see who will be the 12 Week Champion.
