I don't think a podcast will make them better or worse. Bush had a weekly live radio broadcast, so I don't think a podcast would be much different. You can see where Obama plans to do his Saturday morning video addresses here: http://www.whitehouse.gov/weekly_address/

BTW, Obama has wiped out the web page with all of Bush's radio recordings, which I find very interesting. Out with the old, in with the new.
