Penny,
I think this was done through oovoo.com. Let me see if I have this figured correctly. Someone is in the conference room. The conference is "live." That person copies the link she sees in her browser, goes to her Twitter page and sends a tweet which includes that link. Then, she decides to send me a Skype chat message about this conference. So, what do I see when the message come to me via Skype? A Twitter.com link. But, the conference is not taking place on Twitter.com. It is taking place on oovoo.com.
Do you think it is a good idea to send out tweets about live conferences while they are in progress with their actual link? I never really gave it a thought until you sent me this message. What do you think?
