MONDAY: Podcasting Expert Day-How do you find guest speakers for your podcasts? |

I was approached recently about how I find guest speakers for my shows for Heal Yourself Talk Radio both for the podcast and the Boston Radio show.
In the beginning I would post topics that I wanted to talk about and asked if anyone was an expert in that field. After a couple months of doing this people started to find me through internet searches and word of mouth.
Three years later it is still all word of mouth or search engine rankings how I find my guest speakers. I do however post if I am looking for a specific speaker.
How do you go about finding speakers for your shows?
